beauty tip
A while ago, when I was in Spain and ran out of bronzer I tried the "Colacao". It's cacao powder (you know, the one you mix with milk) and it worked so good. I was so satisfied by it, that I took the box home with me in Belgium. The best part is that you smell like chocolate and the it stays super long. So, try it out!

diy: floral headband
I was so inspired by the previous post that I HAD to make one myself! It is so easy that buying is a bit embarassing! But then, it is possible that making one yourself costs more than buying! I used fake flowers, and sometimes they can be expensive (especially if you take good quality flowers). I found a very usefull video on YouTube where all the steps are explained (the tutoiral start around 2:14). I did this without a glue gun but with normal glue (Gutermann glue) and it worked perfectly! If you make one of your onw, pleaaaaaase show me the result! I'd loooove to see it! Pictures of me wearing this adorable headband wil come soon, I promise! The weather should just get better...
PS: It's my birthday in two days!!

outfit #7: minimalistic diy

This is what I wore today! My skirt is actually a cardigan from COS, I was inspired by the DIY skirt of Love Aesthetics, one of my favourites fashion blogs. This is my favourite sweater all times ! I bought one at COS years ago, and my mom 'killed' it (mistake in the washing process); it wasn't soft anymore and it was waaaay too short. I was really really sad. Then, about one year after, I went back to COS and saw the same one on sale for 20 euro (instead of 50 euro)! So, I bought it immediately and here it is. And, stills soft and oversized. Yeah!

sweater - COS (20 euro on sale (instead of 50))
cardigan worn as a skirt - COS
turban - H&M

trend: the turban !
I've been obsessed with this new (not so new anymore, actually) trend: the turban. Instead of buying one, I always wanted to "make" one because I have lovely silk scarves home that I could use. Unfortunately, I didn't find a tutorial/DIY on any blog, so I tried to make one myself and here is how I made it. It is not perfection, but I like it. Feedback please?
Step 1: If you have long hair (like me), I recommend to make a ponytail, it makes it so much easier!
Step 2: Take a scarf and make a triangle with it.

Love the simplicity of this Kai-aakmann dress on Nasty Gal

Again Nasty Gal! Love this dress, who's unfortunately not for sale anymore :(.

Don't remember the name of this Asiatic brand. Can someone help? There is also a tutorial you can find on the blog A Pair & A Spare, I think...
